I do not have a drakx directory in root or home.
[root@sidell root]# /proc/sys/dev/cdrom
bash: /proc/sys/dev/cdrom: is a directory
[root@sidell root]# cd /proc/sys/dev/cdrom
[root@sidell cdrom]# d
autoclose autoeject check_media debug info lock

I have 2 cdroms though... the built in is a dvd and
then I have a cdrw module in front that I alternate
with another hard drive, floppy and 2nd battery.
