Ummm... I think you are mistaken. Don't Worry Be Happy was written and sung by Bobby McFerrin on the soundtrack of the movie Cocktail (with Tom Cruise). About the 8.2 release, though, I agree that there should be deadlines, but I think they need to be flexible because there are lots of unforseeable things that can come up.
