Humm, only real problem is on kernel-BOOT, for the rest can be used
(there are size diffs, but we can live with that for cooker kernels).
Problem is that using kdb & gdb at the same time is very slow, and I
think that there are more people using gdb than kdb (with kdb enable,
breakpoints take a lot of time each one).

What does people think about enabling kdb here?
