Don't know. I deleted ~/.openoffice just to be sure it wasn't a bad profile, but that did not help. urpme OpenOffice.org && rpm -ivh OpenOffice.org-1.0-3mdk* immediately fixed it. This is running on synced cooker from a local unofficial mirror (ftp.sun.ac.za/mandrake/mandrake-devel) this morning (thus yesterday's on ftp0.sunet.se). Only non-cooker RPMs are Mozilla (since Friday when I had to urpme the cooker one - see below) and OpenOffice.org (since this morning, when I needed some templates). I will see if I can reproduce when I can afford to not have the use of templates ... | |>Maybe this is resolved in OpenOffice.org 1.0.1 ? | | | Probably. I will update to final 1.0.1 some time later. | | |>So that makes two big players which have just hit 1.0 that don't really |>work fully with gcc-3.1 (Mozilla and OpenOffice.org). | | | Mozilla works fully with gcc 3.1. But I need to be able to write CDs with http://wwwhomes.uni-bielefeld.de/jhaeger/webCDwriter/ (which really rocks btw), and it doesn't seem to work in Konqueror. |>Hopefully these can be fixed before betas start ...
