Is this right?  I use ntpd on 9 machines on my home lan.
One checks with US Naval Obeservatory, then all others
synchronize with him, and I did nothing strange to the
configuration of ntp, or xinetd.  I only have allowed
any system on the home lan to connect to any service
on the firewall (the one who sync's with USNO).
