Well depends more on the situation right now: If  there  other  projects
which are trying to improve on the quake 2 source code then it would  be
logical to specify the projects name in the rpm. But if this is the sole
project then I can't see why.
I do not even think that a notice like in the info section is  necessary
in that case since the URL is already pointing to the only project.

But I don't know. I haven't searched or anything. I played quake 2  from
the same cvs-tree half a year ago. And it was much better than good  oll
times. :)
