    Or can't.    My tired old eyes can hardly read gtk *_tiny_* fonts.
1024x768 on a 17" monitor, looks like about 4 pt., (ctrl,alt,+) to 
800x600 hardly helps a bit. For this reason alone I've come to hate any 
gtk based apps, tho I still need or are stuck with 'em. ;(  The link 
above is a good example of the 'stuck with' gtk font. It's about 1.5mm 
(1/16") high on my screen.  At least with qt apps the size is 
adjustable so the blind _can_ see.

   The move to gtk GUI's is leavin us over 40 year olds behind, even 
with strong readin glasses  ( ...at least the CL is still readable in 
Konsole ;)
