Before that you use urpmi.addmedia to add the new sources so that the above two commands can do their work. It's just like apt in that you to tell it which source to use. Only then do the commands to upgrade work. Note that the above can all be done in rpmdrake by telling it to "Sort by update availability". Blue skies...
