I agree 100%. If there are two things I hate in this world, one is applications that try to install themselves into /usr/X11 or /usr/X11R6 or something equally annoying. The other is distributions that put half their applications into /usr/X11R6/bin and the other half into /usr/bin. Argh... It's really hard being a person with strong personal opinions.
