cvs commit is invoked
-> cvs opens an editor with a default screen for the log message
nothing is touched, the editor is closed, no log message is entered
-> cvs complains saying:
Log message unchanged or not specified
a)bort, c)ontinue, e)dit, !)reuse this message unchanged for remaining dirs
Action: (continue)
"continue" is invoked
-> cvs reopens an editor and locks.
