Sorry, I didn't know that there are readers that cannot go 700 MB,
I've never seen this problem, even with the oldest double speed CD-ROM
drives I've used.

Yes, as someone living in one of the richest countries I wasn't too
aware of this.

No, but you still can install from network or hd. But if this problem
is easily solvable, it should be done.
