Yes that would be cool. Exactly the same idea crossed my mind yesterday, as I 
have a modem dialup and saw all the kde-updates. Mostly if there are made 
some onliner-fixes as I read from mysql this would be cool. And after I read 
that an rsync for a whole iso is possible, this should technically possible 
too, shouldn't it ?
