No, it would still need to get an original rpm from another urpmi
repository, and rename it, and update-in-place.

Would be cool feature.

There was also a request for a delay option for urpmi when running
updates, so that you can be up-to-date but not bleeding edge ...

Plus the virtual requires/provides/conflicts.
