Which is why it should be split off, and the quick-start (which on the
first page of content should tell yuo how to install the rest) installed
by default. The pdf is only 450kB.

Maybe the new use of KDE Help center for some Mandrake help would also
help?

Which bits? I think KDECC looks more organised now in KDE3.1. And there is
very little work left to integrate draktools into KDECC, klegacyconfig
works quite well, just needs to be tested (and it would be great if
someone could tell me how to get diskdrake's dialogs to work, the boot
config ones work fine ...).
