Absolutely.  And (this is for you Laurent), don't put
a Mandrake Control Center icon on a user's Kicker! 
It's only runnable by root and 100% useless to all but
one user, the one that happens to also be the
sysadmin.  Please restore it to the KDE Control Center
icon that used to be there.

Access to a Mandrake Personal Control Center like
Narfi suggests, is also not a bad idea.
