I was not aiming for making this as easy as Windows, I was making it to be
so easy that someone who only knows the name of their ISP and where they
live can set it up.

There are admins from most of the local ISPs subscribed to at least one
LUG list here, so this kind of data could be tracked down quite quickly,
and once some ISPs are listed I am quite sure the others will be motivated
to ensure their data is included and up-to-date.
