That is another of the mysteries of Mandrake development ;-). You are supposed to send a mail to an address @mandrakesoft.com (qa?), with something like "canpostabug" in the subject. A search through my mail did not turn up the one I sent, only confirmation of me being added to the group, so don't spam the address now with bogus attempts ;-).
