Mr or Mrs

In reaction to your answer I must admit that it is still not possible for me
to go online with Mandrake 9 RC2
(With Mandrake RC1 it was well possible in the english version The dutch
language module didn''t functionBut that problem is now solved)

I did the next thing
 1. I configured the Lan connection (used auto)
 2. Then I tried to find the DHCPCPrpm under / but there I only found bin,
usr, etc, var . But in these I didn't find the DHCPCPrpm
3 Then I tried it with gnome rpm and Ididn't find the DHCPCPrpm package
also not
4. Finally I was installing with rpmdrake 9.1 Installing software Alphabetic
there I found the next packages
( NOT the mandrake choices or all pakkets on group because there was nothing
mentioned with DHCPcp)
 - dhcp-devel-3.0-2pl2.3mdk
 - dhcp-relay-3.0-2pl2.3mdk
 - dhcp-server-3.0-2pl2.3mdk
 - dhcp-1.3.22ply-2mdk
 - dhcpstatus-0.60-6mdk
 - dhcpxd-1.03-12mdk
I installed all these packages
5. After this I configured the lan connection once more. But still it did
not function
I usually work under KDE is this maybe the problem in the past with Mandrake
9.0 there was the package manager

Please could you tell me or explain what i did wrong
Excuse for my bad english I usually speak Dutch

With friendly greetings

Wilma Beckers

The network configuration wizard does not funcion with the auto detection of
DHCP
When I am telling that I will have a Cable line the program stays mentioning
and recognising that I have a LAN
Even later when the Operating System(mandrake 9.0 rc2)
is functioning I can't change it
So after all I can not go online
