hello :)
was looking in my refidgerator, and found out that i had some applejuice, on the counter i had bananas that wer on their way to get too ripe, and this is what i did:

2 bananas cut into chunks
1 dl applejuice
1 dl milk
1/2 ts cinamon
1/4 ts vanilla sugar
1 ts honney

i think that was it. mmm!
in the blender for maybe 30 seconds
and drink! i think it worked ;) nice way of drinking fruits ;)
