Or, you can put frozen fruit in it and get the cold and the fruit at the
same time.
Not sure if it has already been said or not, but protein powder is good
also.

Maybe it's just in California, but yogurt is an ingredient of any
smoothie.
You can also make it frozen by adding a few ice cubes in the blender. Do
this at the end and blend only until you get crushed ice.

hello :)
was looking in my refidgerator, and found out that i had some applejuice,
on the counter i had bananas that wer on their way to get too ripe, and
this
is what i did:
2 bananas cut into chunks
1 dl applejuice
1 dl milk
1/2 ts cinamon
1/4 ts vanilla sugar
1 ts honney
i think that was it. mmm!
in the blender for maybe 30 seconds
and drink! i think it worked ;) nice way of drinking fruits ;)
