What kind of Tea would you use in this Recipie? Also it says for cloves, Jinjer comes in cloves?

Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve warm. Yield: 9 servings.
