The problem is, condensed milk is very thick and does not pour easily.  I 
think spooning it over the cake would be easier.

Hi, I'm not Helen, but you do just as the recipe says to do. Just pour it
evenly over the cake mixture and finish the recipe instructions.
This recipe is close to the 7 layer bars which uses graham cracker crumb
base instead of the cake mix, and you just pour the sweetened condensed milk
on top and bake.

Helen, when you pour the sweetened condensed milk over all, do you mix
it in, or do you just let it sit there?  It sounds as if you do the
