Well, I guess everyone has his/her own favorite. I like silicon pans. You
can use them in the oven or microwave, and they're nonstick.

Subject: [CnD] cake pan suggestions sought

Good, day, I need 8 and 9 inch cake pans. I probably would like to have
round and square shapes. I'm more interested in quality of material and
characteristics leading to good cakes. I have a versatile range, in other
words, I can bake with convection, or special cake setting or, of course,
regular baking. I'm open to stoneware or metallic pans.

Looking on sites on the internet, drilling down to recommendations seems to
be somewhat difficult. So, any advice will be appreciated.
