Good, day, I need 8 and 9 inch cake pans. I probably would like to have round and square shapes. I'm more interested in quality of material and characteristics leading to good cakes. I have a versatile range, in other words, I can bake with convection, or special cake setting or, of course, regular baking. I'm open to stoneware or metallic pans.
