Since this microwave is the only one I've had with buttons, I thought that was what was meant by number buttons. They're actually express cook buttons.

My old microwave had number buttons, I could use them to, for example, set the clock. Or if I needed to cook something for 3 and a half minutes, I would press 3, 3 and 0. The buttons on Cook Magic are not used for digit entries.
