Blaine,

I never flip my omlets. I cook them on a stove top for a bit and then put
the skillet in the oven on broil for about 4 minutes. That cooks the top
half. Just make sure that you use a oven safe skillet. I prefer caste iron.
But do use a smaller non stick skillet if I am only cooking for myself.

Subject: [CnD] Denver sandwitches

Hello there. As far as I know a denver sandwitch is just an omlit in toast
correct? when you make them do you make the omlit first and then put it on
the bread and then brown the bread a little in the frying pan or do you
toast it in a toaster and then put it all together? I'm trying to figure out

how to make a decent omlit with out having it all broken and what, like
sighted people seem to do. I know that an omlit is something that is mixed
but I thought that sighted people could just flip an entire omlit and cook
the other side and then put it on toast or a plate and serve there you go
done. I love omlits as they have everything that I need in a breakfast and
they usually fill you up if you eat some fruit, toast, and a cup of coffee
or orange juice. As I'm working out I'm trying to eat more food like omlits
and pastas so ... If anyone knows how to make a good omlit please pass your
tips and tricks my way.

Blaine
