HI, there Blane!
I would use that potato peeler and peel off the fuzz; some people eat it, but it is better in my opinion peeled. then just take a regular knife, and slice into slices, crossways, starting at one end; it is a good fiber fruit, I love them. at times, here, they can be costly, but I wait for the sales.
Hope this helps.
Sandy

Subject: [CnD] cutting kewi

I was wondering how you go about cutting Kewi? I cut some tonight but it
wasn't all nice like sighted people cut it and I was wondering if anyone has
found a secret to cutting kewi that I don't know about? I tried using a
vegetable pealer but it didn't work too well so I took a knife and carefully
cut the skin but was wondering if anyone had a technique that they could
share with the rest of us.

Blaine
