Sharon's Chocolate Truffles Mixture #1 3 cups Chocolate Chips 1 cup White Chocolate Chips 3 cups powdered sugar 1/4 cup butter 1 cup Baileys Melt chips and butter. Then mix in Baileys and sugar. Put in pan. Drizzle with oil. Mixture #2 1 cup Chocolate chips 1/2 cup white chips 2 Tb butter 4 Tb Baileys Melt and fold together. Spread over first layer. Let sit for two hours in fridge. Cut in squares.
