MEAL-IN-A-BOWL STEW

1 pound ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 10 1/2 -ounce can condensed beef broth
1 1-pound can (2 cups) cream­ style corn
3 large potatoes, pared and diced
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper

In skillet, brown ground beef and chopped onion. Add beef broth, cream-style 
corn, diced potatoes, salt, and pepper; mix well. Cover; cook over low heat 
for 20 to 25 minutes, stir­ ring occasionally. Makes 4 or 5 servings.
