HERBED MEAT LOAF

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup packaged herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape in loaf in baking pan. Bake in a 
moderate oven (350°) about I hour. Makes 6 servings.
