Okay, So, we've had some great success with making pancakes. The trouble is that I don't know what mix works for us. For some reason, I just bought some Hungry Jack Pancake Complete, and it's gritty, and the batter doesn't spread, etc. This was the trouble with another brand that we bought recently as well.
