BISQUICK PANCAKES
2 cups Bisquick
2 eggs
1 and 1/3 cups milk.
Beat all ingredients together with a whisk. Whisk until batter is smooth.
Pour batter, using a 1/4 measuring cup, onto a hot griddle. Bake, until
bubbles appear. Turn to the otherside.
When the bottom of the pancake feels crisp to me, I then flip the pancakes
to cook on the other side.
