Oven Fried Chicken Parmesan rec.food.recipes/Bob Morrell/1997 Fairly easy to make, very tasty way of making Parmesan Chicken. 1/2-3/4 cup grated parmesan 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt dash of pepper 1 1/2 to 3 lbs chicken pieces 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 tbsp milk 1/4-1/2 cup melted butter Combine cheese, flour and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk and then dip in dry ingredients. Pour butter over chicken.
