Spinach Beef Dip
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon dill weed
1 (2.5 ounce) jar Armour Star Sliced Dried Beef, rinsed, chopped
Assorted crackers
Combine spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions and dill weed in
container of electric blender; process on high speed 1 to 2 minutes, or
until smoothe and creamy. Fold in dried beef. Chill. Serve with crackers.
Makes 3 cups.
