my recipe is the same as the one posted, just with the walnuts instead of the cashews. I usually end up doubling it for large family gatherings and I don't measure anything, I just add what I think is right. I also make extra dressing, and refrigerate it separately for the next day. It seems like some salads, like this one, cole slaw and macaroni salads soak up the dressing overnight and need a bit more before serving. That is just my experience. Carla jo
