Mom's Beef And Noodles

 

1 (4 oz.) pkg. broad egg noodles
2 T. margarine
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 sm. can tomato puree
1 c. catsup
1 c. water

 

Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until 
tender; drain. While noodles are cooking,
melt margarine in skillet. Brown beef and 
onion; salt and pepper to taste. Add 
remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 min. Turn
noodles into casserole; cover with meat 
sauce. Bake at 350° for 10 min. and serve.

Makes 6 servings.
