Claudia, it depends on my mood in how I fix the sandwich.  After
buttering both sides, I sprinkle a little pepper and onion powder and
roasted garlic on each side, then place it in a frying pan and cook it
on low for five or six minutes per side.  Sometimes, I have to go as
long as seven minutes.  Be careful if you use the seasonings, as they
will set off the smoke detector.  Or, if I'm feeling lazy, I line a
cookie sheet with foil, spray the foil with Pam, then bake it
approximately nine to ten minutes per side at 400 degrees.
