Caramel Icing

 

Ingredients:

 

¼ cup butter

½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed

2 tbsp milk

¾ cup icing sugar

1 cup hazelnuts

 

Directions:

 

1. Melt the butter in a small pot.

2. Add brown sugar and milk. 

3. Bring to boil then simmer for 2 minutes (stir while simmering). 

4. Cool then add sifted icing sugar and mix until smooth enough to spread on 
the cake.

5. Top with chopped hazelnuts.
