I just did this yesterday. it works well. Just spread Bred on a cookie sheet and bake it at 350 for a while. When it smells like it might be almost to done take it out. Then after it has cooled crush it up over a bowl. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Blaine Deutscher" <[email protected]>

Subject: [CnD] Making bread crumbs for stuffing (dressing) or anything requiring bread crumbs

Hello there. I know that some people make homeaid bread crumbs using crusts
of bread. I was wondering what method I need to do to prepair bread that I
can freze and when needed make the bread crumbs for meat loaf or stuffing
(dressing) for Turkey. Last thanksgiving I bought French bread and used
that to make the stuffing but was wondering how I could take regular bread
and make bread crumbs? I hope everyone south of us Canadians had a wonderful
thanksgiving and didn't eat too much. Turkey sandwitches are amazing.
