Hi, some of these aren't pecan sandies, but I figured you might want other cookie recipes with pecans in them.
Pecan Crisps 2 cups packed brown sugar 1 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 3 cups Gold MedalĀ® all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted Method 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In large bowl, beat brown sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with spoon, until well blended. Stir3. in flour, baking soda and pecans. 4. Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. 5. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. 6. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. 7. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. 8.
