Katie, go to Amazon.com and do a search for blue cornmeal.  You will
find sources from which to order.  I ordered it from one of the
sources listed, but can't recall the name.  Something to do with Red
Mill ... oh sorry.  I cannot recall.  It had the word red and the word
mill, but there was another word or name in there.  Not very helpful,
I know.  I think it was one of the ones listed in the Google page I
pasted in.  If you find the blue cornmeal and try it, I'd like to know
what you think of it.  I don't order it as often as I would like to.
No, I haven't ever seen it in a supermarket, but you might be able to
find it in a specialty store, if you have one.
