OVEN BAKED MEATBALLS

3 beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 cups soft bread crumbs (4 slices)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
3 lbs. ground beef

In a large bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk. Stir in soft bread crumbs (4 
slices), salt. Add ground beef, mix well. Chill. With wet hands, shape into 
balls. Place into two 15 1/2x10 1/2" baking pans. Bake at 375 for 25-30 
minutes. Put meatballs in another pan to cool. Place in freezer just until a 
little frozen, then put into zip lock freezer bags. You can then use a few at a 
time for your meals.  Enjoy.  From Susie.
