Saucy Chicken Casserole 3 C. cut-up cooked chicken or turkey 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 1 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 2 C. Bisquick 1 1/2 C. milk 1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning and garlic salt in ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Stir baking mix and milk until blended. Pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake for 30 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.
