Buy a rack for your roast pan.

you just lift the rack up by the handles, and all your meat drippings stay in the bottom of your pan.
Then you just transfer your meat to a plate or platter.
This works for me!

Later.

Subject: [CnD] question about removing large meats from pan

Does anyone have any tips for removing a large roast or ham from a roaster?
Every time I make something like a roast or a ham I end up burning myself
getting it out of the pan, and it comes out in chunks. Thanks for any
suggestions.
