Hi There,
I have two big meat forks. I put a fork in each end of the meat and make
sure it goes in as much as you can. Also, you just barely need to touch
each end of the meat with your finger tips. Then, before you try lifting up
the meat with the two forks, one in each hand, put on your oven mitts. Hold
the meat a few seconds over the pan, so that liquids can drip back into your
cooking pan.
I'm sure you'll get other ideas, but this is how I do it.

Subject: [CnD] question about removing large meats from pan
Does anyone have any tips for removing a large roast or ham from a
roaster?
Every time I make something like a roast or a ham I end up burning myself
getting it out of the pan, and it comes out in chunks. Thanks for any
suggestions.
