Have you tried these? Just wondering if they are a soft cookie. I've been looking for a truly soft peanut butter cookie, one that will stay that way if stored properly. All of mine get hard or at least fairly chewy. Thanks.

Sift flour into 1, 1/2 cup measures along with baking soda and baking powder in seperate bowl. Add oatmeal to wet ingredients and blend with electric mixer. Add flour mixture and blend. Roll into 1 inch balls and set on parchment paper covered cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with fork. Bake in preheated oven at 325'F for 12 minutes.
