Grilled Salmon
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon) Dash ground red pepper 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill 6 ounces salmon Method 1. In a resealable plastic bag, whisk the oil, lemon juice, pepper, and dill. 2. Add the salmon and massage the bag to coat evenly. 3. Seal and chill for 30 minutes. 4. Preheat grill or oven to medium. 5. Remove the salmon from the marinade. 6. Pour the marinade into a microwaveable bowl. 7. Cook the salmon for 4 minutes on each side, or until opaque. 8. Microwave the marinade on high power for about 1 minute or until boiling. 9.
