The canned biscuits are fun. Pillsbury makes them. They're pretty multi-national, so I'd be surprised if you can't get them in Canada.
The cans of biscuits are in the refrigerated food section of your grocery store. You whack the middle of the can on a table edge. The cardboard uncurls, revealing pre-cut biscuit dough. You put them on a cookie sheet and then in the oven. Or, as in this recipe you put them in a muffin tin. Take out of oven and then add cheese (I get me a thumb and two finger pinch and put on top of the bar b cups by pressing slightly before releasing) Place back into oven for 3 minutes.
