Hi Cathy,

I substitute yogurt for sour cream all the time.

Subject: [CnD] Need Advice About This Recipe

Here is a recipe I want to try. What do you think about adding yogurt, say
vanilla, instead of sour cream? Any help from seasoned cooks, would be
appreciated.

Thanks. C

COOL SUMMER - HOLIDAY SALAD

1 c. tiny marshmallows
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mandarin oranges
1 c. coconut
1 c. chunk pineapple
1 c. maraschino cherries, halved
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. walnuts/pecans (optional)

Mix fruit (except cherries) and chill 1 hour. Add sour cream marshmallows
and coconut, let refrigerate overnight covered. Just before serving add
cherries and nuts; mix well.
