I am sure my recipe is not traditional, but we really enjoy this at my house.

Shepherd's Pie

about 2 cups prepared mashe potatoes or prepared instant potatoes
about 1-1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 can (about 10-1/2 oz) tomato soup
1 can (about 10-1/2 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (about 15 oz) whole kernel corn
1 can (about 15 oz) cut green beans
seasons to taste

1. Prepare potatoes and set aside to cool if freshly cooked
2. Brown and drain ground beef in a dutch oven.
3. Stir in both soups and seasonings of your choice to mix and coat all meat. 4. Add drained vegetables. You may use 2 to 3 cans of drained vegetables of your choice. Mix thoroughly and pour into large baking pan or casserole. Be sure to leave enough room to spread or dollop potatoes around on top. Bake, uncovered, until hot and bubbly, usually about 30 minutes, in a 350 degree oven.

This dish warms up pretty well in the microwave, but may need a spoon or two of water if it is too dry.

Hi all: I'm wondering if anyone would be able to share a recipe for a
beef shepherds pie? I specify beef being as I'm pretty sure a
traditional one is made with lamb.
Thanks in advance.
